

RENEWAL INCENTIVES
You are opted-in to our Membership Enrollment program, so your tickets will automatically renew for 2024 on August 15th unless you opt-out here. You just need to confirm that the default credit card on file is accurate, and we will do the rest.
You have 21 days to opt-out of your season tickets. During the 21 day opt-out period, visit astros.com/sthcancellation to cancel your Season Tickets. You must opt-out by August 14th at 11:59pm CT to not be charged.
To ensure your card does not get declined, make sure to check your default card on file via the payment tab in your MyTickets account. To update or add a card to your MyTickets account:

Inform your Account Manager that your default card has been updated to ensure it has updated in the system
Your Account Manager must set the new card as your default as well, so be sure to let them know you’ve updated your default card to ensure your renewal is processed correctly.
If your card gets declined, your Account Manager will be in touch with you to update the card.

While we accept checks, you still need to have a card on file to ensure your seats do not get dropped. The card on file will only be charged if we do not receive your check by the scheduled payment date.
One main card must be on file to be charged for the Membership Enrollment payments. If you prefer to split the payments up, your partners will need to make individual payments through the payment tab before each payment date. If a payment is not received before the scheduled payment date, the main card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.
As a renewed account, you will be invited to our annual Select-a-Seat event in November where you will have the opportunity to browse open seating locations before everyone else. At this time, you will be able to upgrade or change your seats to a new location or add additional seats. Our best available inventory for 2025 will be tagged to show what seats are open!
You can add on a 2025 Promo Pack through your Ticket Offers beginning September 1st.

Season Ticket Holders can post up to 50% of their tickets for sale on a third-party site. If you post more than 50% of your tickets, you will be considered a ticket broker and your tickets will be revoked.

Postseason FAQs
You will be able to purchase your Postseason Strip between August 16th and September 13th. We will email you details at this time.
As a valued Season Ticket Holder, you receive exclusive pricing for your Postseason ticket package. Pricing is determined in conjunction with Major League Baseball.
14 games are included in each strip. 3 Wild Card games, 3 ALDS games, 4 ALCS games, and 4 World Series games. The Wild Card matchup will consist of a 3-game series at the higher-seeded club’s ballpark.
Tickets will be loaded digitally into your online account and the MLB Ballpark app as soon as the game is confirmed.
Current regular season seat locations are not guaranteed for Postseason. While every attempt will be made to keep you in your current season location, relocations may occur due to several seating demands that exist for the Postseason including commitments for Major League Baseball and its partners. Best efforts will be made to assign you comparable seat locations, when possible. If your seat is going to be moved, your Account Manager will notify you prior to August 16th.
Due to inventory constraints, additional Postseason strips are not available.
However, there will be an exclusive presale opportunity for our ticket package buyers for each series throughout the Postseason. This includes the Wild Card Series, should one be necessary. We will communicate specifics via email as we finalize details.
If you elect to Cheer Now, Pay Later, your account will only be charged for games played following the conclusion of the Postseason.
If you pay in full, any remaining Postseason ticket balance from un-played games will be applied to your account as a credit for 2025.
