RENEWAL PROCESS

Renewal Timeline

June 29

  • Your 29 day opt-out period begins. To cancel your Season Tickets, visit astros.com/sthcancellation before July 27 at 11:59pm CT.

July 27

  • Last day to opt-out of 2027 Season Tickets.

August 3

  • The initial payment for your season tickets will be applied to your default credit card. For the full payment schedule and other ways to make your payments, see below.

Early September

Mid September

  • Deadline to purchase your Postseason Strip. At this time, seats will be released from all accounts who have not opted-in for the Postseason. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2027 AME Payment Schedule

  • August 3, 2026 - 25%

  • September 1, 2026 - 25%

  • October 1, 2026 - 25%

  • January 5, 2027 - 25%

Default Credit Card

Default cards must be selected or added to your account by July 28 to ensure your renewal is processed. To ensure your card does not get declined, make sure to check your default card on file.

To update or add a card to your MyTickets account:

  • Click the menu button in the top right corner

  • Select My Account

  • Select Payment Info

  • Add a new payment method

  • Inform your Account Manager that your default card has been updated*

*Your Account Manager must set the new card as your default as well, so be sure to let them know you’ve updated your default card to ensure your renewal is processed correctly. If your card gets declined, your Account Manager will be in touch with you to update the card.

Alternative Payment Methods

Share an account?

One main card must be on file to be charged; however, additional partners can submit their portion of the payment through the payment tab of their MyTickets account prior to the scheduled payment date. If a portion of a payment is not received before the scheduled payment date, the main card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.

Pay by Check

While we accept checks, you must have a card on file to ensure your seats do not get dropped. The card on file will only be charged if we do not receive your check by the scheduled payment date.
